Welcome to Noushahi Engineering Works

The journey began forty years ago, in a one hundred square feet working space at Kot Lakhpat Lahore. We had a vision to embark on a journey to create well reputed engineering enterprise in polypropylene industry as General Supplier and Manufacturer of machinery spare parts.

 

Over the years, the spirit of our founders inspired us to not just achieve the ordinary but the extraordinary. This belief became the foundation of well-known engineering conglomerate in its field.

 

With the passage of time our organization grown up and develop better in house manufacturing facilities by adding latest computerized machinery and equipment which resulted in operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Products

Infrastructure & Quality Control

The company has always tried and maintained stringent production quality controls and in its quest to cater only consistent quality products, have created a set of highly specialized and approved vendors for various raw materials, both indigenous & imported.

 

All aluminum components like Bearing Block, shuttle bearing block etc are made through high pressure die-casting machines to achieve structural stability and high toughness and machining on advance CNC machines to get quality with precision. We get plastic raw materials from world's reputable companies in order to make plastic parts like Levers, Conchoids Roller, Insertion Finger Holder, Creel Assembly, Brake, Return pulley etc. We produce these parts using Injection Molding Machines from M/S Toyo Japan assuring accurate sizes and compactness.

 

We have a complete mould manufacturing facility like mould designing, machining on CNC machines then fitting and polishing to achieve less time and better quality. In order to meet the requirement of polyurethane products like conchoids roller, shuttle wheel, ex-center roller etc we import raw material from USA and process on advance machines.

 

We have CNC turning centers from M/S Takisawa Japan, Wick man England, and Harding USA to ensure accuracy and precision. We have CNC machining centers from Kyle England equipped with 4 axis rotary table to produce winder cams and other parts.
